Description
Project Management- Lead the planning, production, and execution of VM projects including concept stores, pop-ups, window installations, in-store animations, and events.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation from briefing through installation and dismantling.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to brand standards.
Production & Execution
- Oversee material sourcing, prototyping, logistics, installation, and on-site execution.
- Coordinate with production agencies, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality output and flawless execution.
- Monitor production quality and resolve any technical or operational issues during development and installation.
Creative & Brand Alignment
- Partner closely with Marketing, Retail, and Central Creative teams to translate brand concepts into physical environments and experiences.
- Ensure all executions reflect the brand's image, craftsmanship, and luxury positioning.
- Review technical drawings, mock-ups, and material samples to maintain design integrity and feasibility.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Identify, negotiate with, and manage external vendors, agencies, and production partners.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Retail, Store Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and other regional stakeholders
- Provide clear communication and regular project updates to all relevant parties.
Budget & Compliance
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and purchase orders.
- Track expenses and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and operational requirements for all installations and events.
Site & Event Management
- Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments for pop-ups, concept stores, and event spaces.
- Supervise installations, event setup, and dismantling on-site, ensuring premium execution and problem-solving in real time.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 8+ years' experience managing sizeable corporate productions, large-scale events, pop-ups, and window installations, with a proven track record in end-to-end vendor and budget management
- Solid technical knowledge of AV, LED, lighting, and power systems, alongside proficiency in design and 3D software (Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D tools) and production output processes
- Deep understanding of luxury brand standards with meticulous attention to detail, capable of translating HQ briefs into market-level execution while maintaining brand consistency
- Hands-on problem solver with robust organizational and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines
- Highly self-driven and autonomous professional, with the flexibility to adapt working hours according to changing priorities
- Architecture or Space design experience is preferred.
