About ATA:ATA is a fast growing HR solutions provider headquartered in Hong Kong, dedicated to bridging global companies with top-tier talent across Asia.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, specifically within the IT or Fintech sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a unique regional network, with proven ability to source candidates across Southeast Asia (SE Asia), Hong Kong, and Mainland China. You will act as a strategic partner to our overseas and HK-based clients, delivering talent solutions for their strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level roles in IT (e.g., Software Development, Cloud, Cybersecurity) or Finance (e.g., Risk, Compliance, FP&A, FinTech).
- Regional Sourcing Strategy: Proactively identify, engage, and pipeline candidates across SE Asia (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand), Hong Kong, and Mainland China.
- Client Management: Partner with HK and overseas hiring managers to understand their unique talent needs, market dynamics, and cultural nuances in each region.
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and visa/relocation considerations for candidates moving between Mainland China, HK, and SE Asia.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all candidates, including interview preparation, offer negotiation, and relocation support if needed.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities where we can scale up vertically in our existing area of expertise.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house RPO), with a strong focus on Technology related roles.
Regional Expertise: Proven track record of sourcing talent in at least two of the following three markets:
- Southeast Asia (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam)
- Hong Kong
- Mainland China
Languages: Fluent in English & Mandarin Chinese proficiency is essential. Cantonese is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with local job boards and professional networks in SE Asia (e.g., JobStreet, Indeed SG) and China (e.g., Liepin, Zhaopin).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural competency.
Mindset: Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, strong hunger to succeed.
