Description
KalSoft is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, process modeling, and enterprise documentation. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and coordinating effectively with stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and understand system expectations, business requirements, and functional needs from business users and stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements and conceptualize business stories, workflows, and wireframes at a professional enterprise level.
- Create and manage Functional Specification Documents (FSD), BRDs, use cases, workflows, and related documentation as per industry standards.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to obtain approvals and sign-offs for requirements, designs, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements and provide functional support during testing phases.
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and progress updates.
- Support project planning activities including timelines, milestone tracking, documentation management, and coordination across project phases.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues impacting delivery, and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while ensuring timely deliverables and effective communication.
- Ensure proper documentation standards, business process alignment, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Postgraduate qualification in Business or Finance domain will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience in business story building, requirement gathering, functional analysis, and documentation.
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis and Project Management are preferred. Techno-functional certifications related to Outsystems will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3+ years of enterprise-grade experience in business process modeling and detailed documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in MS Visio or other wireframing, sketching, and process modeling tools.
- Exposure to technologies and platforms such as HTML, CSS, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge or experience within investment and financial domains will be considered an added advantage.
