Job Description
The Sourcing Partner is responsible for identifying and engaging with top talent for Philips. This role will ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates are identified through proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging agreed-upon channels, and aligning candidates' ambitions with the organization's business needs. Additionally, you will ensure all sourcing / recruitment activities adhere to organizational policies, legal standards, and ethical guidelines, maintaining accurate records and ensuring full compliance throughout the hiring process.
Your role:
- Guides the end-to-end campus recruitment process, integrating academic schedules with strategic recruitment activities to ensure superior experience for candidates and hiring managers, while driving measurable improvements in recruitment outcomes. Leads ongoing communications with the interview team before and after interviews to ensure alignment on objectives, provide feedback, and support efficient and compliant decision-making processes. Builds and maintains strong relationships with Hiring and HR Managers, gaining deep business knowledge to proactively influence decision-making using market data and providing strategic talent acquisition guidance.
- Ensures a best-in-class experience for both hiring managers and candidates by delivering timely updates, transparent feedback, career consulting, and acting as a trusted talent advisor throughout the recruitment process. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into a clear, actionable recruitment plan that meets time, budget, and quality requirements. Ensures a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging agreed-upon channels, and aligning candidates' ambitions with the organization's business needs. Evaluates and presents shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, preparing comprehensive profiles that highlight alignment with both the job requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinates interviews, ensuring the evaluation of candidates is conducted according to the agreed recruitment plan, organizational guidelines, and hiring timelines. Guides the end-to-end offer process, ensuring alignment with organizational compensation guidelines, negotiating with candidates, and managing their expectations to achieve successful onboarding. Contributes to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, implementing best practices, and staying informed on industry trends. Ensures all recruitment activities adhere to organizational policies, legal standards, and ethical guidelines, maintaining accurate records and ensuring full compliance throughout the hiring process.
You're the right fit if:
- You've acquired 2+ years' experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition, Talent Onboarding, Employee Engagement or equivalent.
- You have prior experience as sourcing partner and responsible for candidate attraction, market mapping, talent pipelining or similar responsibilities for sourcing and identifying talent, paired with advanced skills and search techniques (required).
- You have a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource (HR), Organizational Development or equivalent.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
- You have excellent communication skills, and a keen eye-for sourcing talent. Bonus : Bilingual, English/Spanish (not required).
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $93,000 to $148,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
Additional Information
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN.
