Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on across the Salesforce platform, partnering closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solution designs.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Build and optimise declarative automation using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Design and maintain Salesforce data models, objects, relationships, and security configurations to ensure integrity, performance, and compliance.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs and integration best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and technical issues across Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Manage and deploy changes using change sets, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support QA and UAT activities by resolving defects, validating functionality, and assisting with release readiness.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, recommending platform enhancements where appropriate.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Salesforce Developer delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security framework, and platform limits.
• Proven experience balancing declarative configuration versus custom code solutions.
• Expertise in Salesforce Flow and platform automation capabilities.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience using Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• OmniStudio experience highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
