Our Client is looking for a Senior Payroll Officer to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Your new role
Coordinate end-to-end fortnightly payroll processing, reporting and reconciliationsReview payroll work completed by other team members before finalisation.
Prepare and process superannuation contributions within required deadlines
Manage complex transactions, including terminations, leave payments, allowances, deductions and retrospective adjustments
Resolve escalated payroll enquiries and provide clear advice to employees and managers
Interpret and apply awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and internal policies
Complete audits, compliance checks and quality assurance activities
Maintain reliable payroll records, system data, procedures and internal controls
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated end-to-end payroll experience within a medium to large organisationStrong knowledge of taxation, superannuation, awards and enterprise agreements
Proven experience completing payroll reconciliations, reporting and compliance activities
