The Role

The Senior Associate will play a key role across the full deal lifecycle, with meaningful responsibility in transaction execution, portfolio management, and investment sourcing. This is a highly visible position with direct exposure to senior leadership and investment committee decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis (LBO, DCF, comps)
• Drive due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors (legal, accounting, consultants)
• Prepare investment committee materials and present key findings
• Evaluate new investment opportunities and develop investment theses
• Monitor portfolio company performance and track key KPIs
• Partner with management teams on strategic initiatives and value creation efforts
• Support deal sourcing efforts, including market mapping and relationship development
• Mentor junior team members and manage deal execution

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A / LevFin) and/or Private Equity
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
• Experience across the full transaction lifecycle (diligence through close)
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree required; strong academic track record preferred
