Job Description

In this high-impact leadership role, you will:

• Lead the origination and sourcing of real estate transactions across KSA, including land opportunities, joint ventures, dry-fund deals, and partnerships with developers and master developers.
• Build and leverage an established network of families, corporates, developers, asset owners, and capital providers in the Kingdom.
• Underwrite and analyze new opportunities using institutional-grade investment processes, including fund-level structuring and due diligence.
• Support asset management activities for existing real estate holdings, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Drive transaction execution from sourcing through closing.

The Successful Applicant

You will thrive in this role if you possess:

• 8+ years of real estate investment experience within the KSA market.
• A proven network across families, developers, master developers, asset owners, and local capital providers.
• Strong underwriting capabilities aligned with institutional standards (fund structuring, due diligence, financial modeling).
• A track record of sourcing and closing transactions across land, JVs, and development-related deals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
