Description
About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will leverage your market, language, or financial domain expertise to deliver high-quality data and insights that support customer and business requirements. You will play a key role in data research, investigation, content curation, and resolution of client data issues, while also supporting and mentoring junior analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct timely and accurate data investigation using diagnostic, descriptive, and statistical outputs during research projects
- Lead and support the resolution of client data issues, including data integrity gaps, missing data, and related cases
- Process and validate data efficiently using approved tools, sources, and collection policies
- Leverage market, language, or domain expertise to meet customer and business requirements, in line with defined quality metrics
- Support complex projects and consistently meet or exceed defined KPIs
- Participate in the preparation of new business proposals and contribute to ongoing project work
- Review, guide, and support the work of junior analysts, contributing to their training and development
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support data sourcing, collection, and relationship building
- Identify and report process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in Financial Markets, Compliance, Content Operations, or related industry domains
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and resolve data issues effectively
- Working knowledge of data tools and workflows; basic knowledge of SQL is required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
