安定した製品供給と継続的な業務変革を支えるため,サプライチェーン領域におけるIT戦略• ITマネジメントの強化を進めています。

本ポジションは,受注から出荷• 請求,購買までを担うSCM領域の基幹システム(SAP S/4HANA)について,日本のIT部門側の責任者として運用• 改善• プロジェクト推進をリードする役割です。ビジネス部門,グローバルIT,オフショアチーム,外部ベンダーをつなぐ「橋渡し役」として,常時5〜10件の案件を並行して推進していただきます。

SAPの設定• 開発そのものはグローバルチームが担っており,本ポジションに求められるのは,基幹システムの運用• 障害対応を自ら経験してきた実務力と,関係者を巻き込みながら物事を前へ進めるマネジメント力です。将来的には,チームを率いる立場として,IT戦略および価値創出を牽引していただくことを期待しています。

SAP(SD/MM/LE等)やEDIを含む基幹システムについては,グローバルITチームおよび外部ベンダーと連携しながら,日本側として要件整理• 優先度判断• 導入定着をリードしています。

業務内容

1. IT運用マネジメント(SAP S/4HANAほか)

• SCM領域(受注〜出荷〜請求〜購買)の基幹システムに関する運用全体のマネジメント
• 本番障害発生時の原因調査• 切り分け,ベンダー招集,業務影響を最小化するための意思決定をIT側責任者として主導
• グローバルIT• オフショアチームとの協働,SLA/KPI管理

2. IT戦略• プロジェクト推進

• サプライチェーン• 調達領域のIT施策• プロジェクトを日本側の窓口(SPOC)として推進(常時5〜10件を並行)
• ビジネス部門,グローバルIT,外部ベンダーとの調整および意思決定支援
• 要件の背景整理,優先順位付け,合意形成の推進
• QCDを意識したプロジェクトマネジメント

3. 継続的改善• 価値創出

Supply Chain IT Lead (SAP S/4HANA Operations, Continuous Improvement & Project Delivery)

Location: Kobe

Position Overview

Our organization is strengthening its IT strategy and governance capabilities within the Supply Chain function to support stable product delivery and ongoing business transformation.

This role will serve as the IT lead in Japan for core Supply Chain systems, primarily SAP S/4HANA, covering order management, logistics, billing, procurement, and related business processes. Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders, global IT teams, offshore support teams, and external vendors, you will manage and drive 5 to 10 initiatives simultaneously.

While SAP configuration and development activities are handled by global teams, this position requires strong hands-on experience in ERP operations and incident management, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes. Over time, this role is expected to develop into a people leadership position with broader responsibility for IT strategy and value creation.

Team Overview

The team is responsible for ensuring both operational stability and business transformation across Supply Chain and Procurement IT.

Working closely with global IT organizations and external partners, the team leads local requirements gathering, prioritization, implementation support, and user adoption for enterprise systems including SAP (SD/MM/LE) and EDI platforms.

As a bridge between business, operations, and technology, the team places greater emphasis on driving people, processes, and organizational change than on technical development itself.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Operations Management (SAP S/4HANA and Related Systems)

• Lead overall operations management of Supply Chain systems covering Order-to-Cash, Logistics, Billing, and Procurement processes.
• Act as the primary IT lead during production incidents, including issue investigation, vendor coordination, and business impact mitigation.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and offshore support organizations while managing service levels and KPIs.

2. IT Strategy & Project Delivery

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Supply Chain and Procurement-related IT initiatives and projects, managing 5-10 parallel projects.
• Facilitate decision-making and stakeholder alignment across business teams, global IT, and external vendors.
• Lead requirement clarification, prioritization, and consensus building.
• Drive project execution with strong focus on Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).

3. Continuous Improvement & Business Value Creation

• Identify and drive improvement opportunities across both business operations and technology.
• Promote standardization, automation, and process visibility through SAP standard functionality, RPA, BI, and related technologies.
• Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and enhance IT adoption and maturity.
• Provide team leadership and support the development of team members.

Qualifications

Education & Language Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Native-level Japanese.
• Business-level English (written and spoken).

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ERP operations, support, and incident management experience in SAP SD/MM/LE or equivalent modules such as Oracle EBS (Sales, Procurement, or Logistics).
• Proven experience leading production incident investigations, coordinating vendors, and minimizing business impact.
• Minimum 8 years of dedicated IT experience.
• Current experience working with global and offshore teams in English.
• Team leadership or project management experience managing teams of approximately 5-10 members.

SAP technical design or development experience is not required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with EDI and system integration interfaces.
• Experience within Manufacturing, Consumer Goods (FMCG), Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
