The City of Casper is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and forward-thinking Sanitary Sewer & Stormwater Manager to lead essential utility operations serving our community.

This is an excellent opportunity for a water, wastewater, stormwater, public works, or utility professional ready to take the next step in leadership. The Manager provides operational and strategic leadership for Casper's sanitary sewer collection and stormwater systems, including skilled teams, critical infrastructure, regulatory compliance, budgets, and capital improvements.

We are looking for a leader who understands the importance of reliable infrastructure, values the expertise of operational staff, and can balance day-to-day service delivery with long-term planning and continuous improvement.

What You'll Lead

        Sanitary sewer collection and stormwater operations, including collection systems, drainage systems, and pump stations

        Skilled operational teams responsible for maintaining critical community infrastructure

        Operational planning, staffing, budgeting, and capital improvement priorities

        Regulatory compliance, safety practices, policies, and procedures

        Coordination with contractors, regulatory agencies, City departments, and community stakeholders

        Employee development and a positive, accountable, safety-focused workplace culture

What We're Looking For

We're interested in professionals with experience in sanitary sewer, wastewater, stormwater, utilities, public works, or closely related operations who are ready to bring their technical knowledge and leadership skills to a municipal utility environment.
