Radiation Therapist

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $40-$70/hour, based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $7500 with a 2-year commitment
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We are seeking a Radiation Therapist (RTT) to join our growing Radiation Oncology team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RTT or qualified new graduate looking for competitive compensation, a strong team environment, and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

Deliver prescribed radiation treatments safely and accurately
Perform patient positioning, imaging, verification, and treatment setup
Assist with CT simulation as needed
Maintain accurate treatment documentation
Monitor and support patients throughout treatment
Work closely with Radiation Oncologists, Physics, Dosimetry, and the clinical team
Follow radiation safety, quality assurance, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
ARRT (R)(T) certification required
Current or eligible for required Nevada licensure
BLS/CPR certification
Strong patient-care and communication skills
