Resource Coordination: Partner closely with Supply Chain, Inventory Control, and Purchasing teams to ensure the timely availability of parts, materials, tooling, and other resources needed to support scheduled maintenance activities.
Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Ensure all production planning activities are conducted in accordance with FAA/EASA regulations, company policies, and safety standards to support compliant and efficient operations.
Process Improvement: Monitor key performance indicators such as efficiency, yield, and on-time delivery to identify bottlenecks, improve workflow, and enhance overall shop performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and operational teams to align priorities, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain continuity throughout the production process.
Production Prioritization & Guidance: Provide clear communication and direction regarding production priorities, schedules, and operational timelines to support alignment and execution across the shop.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize planning systems, operational reports, and performance data to track production metrics, generate reporting, and support data-driven operational decision-making.
