Product Manager - Financial Crime Technology (m/f/d)

About the Opportunity

We are working with a fast-scaling, specialist advisory firm operating at the intersection of financial services and regulatory compliance. As they continue to expand, they are investing in building technology solutions that enhance and streamline financial crime processes for their clients.

They are seeking a Product Manager who will take full ownership of a core platform designed to improve operational efficiency and scalability within AML and compliance workflows.

This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in building products from concept through to delivery while maintaining a strong focus on user needs, data-driven decision making, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from ideation and roadmap definition through to delivery and continuous optimisation
• Translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into scalable, user-centric product solutions
• Analyse data, user behaviour, and client feedback to identify high-value problems and prioritise product initiatives
• Break down strategic objectives into clear, actionable deliverables for engineering and delivery teams
• Monitor product performance, usage metrics, and business impact, iterating to improve outcomes
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs, industry challenges, and internal service offerings
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, legal, and client-facing teams to design and implement effective solutions
• Act as the central point of alignment between technical execution and commercial objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the product suite

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in product management within a technology-driven environment (ideally SaaS, fintech, or regtech)
• Strong track record of owning and scaling products across their full lifecycle
• Experience working with data to inform decision-making and prioritisation
• Ability to simplify complex problems and translate them into practical solutions
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, balancing technical, regulatory, and commercial perspectives
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across different functions
• Understanding of financial services, compliance, or regulatory-driven environments is advantageous
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks
• Analytical mindset combined with strong communication and execution skills
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
