Description
- Lead and supervise the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory standards, and company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and regulatory to design, develop, and approve new products.
- Prepare and review product specifications, documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor product performance after launch and recommend improvements to optimize success.
- Manage relationships with vendors providing product components and services.
- Provide regular reports and insights on development progress, market trends, and product performance to management.
- Supervise and mentor team members involved in product development activities to ensure effective execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuary, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product development, project management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and development methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and data analysis.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
