Description
The Procurement Officer is responsible for overseeing all procurement and contracting activities for the Housing Authority, ensuring the efficient, transparent, and compliant acquisition of goods, services, and construction. This position manages the full procurement lifecycle, including solicitations, vendor management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance in accordance with federal (HUD), state, and local requirements. The position oversees all procurement and contracting activities for HACS, including solicitations, vendor management, contract administration, and HUD compliance.
Requirements
