Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end deal execution including sourcing, diligence, structuring, and closing transactions
• Build detailed financial models including LBO, operating models, and valuation analyses
• Conduct industry research and market mapping across industrial subsectors
• Partner with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for investment committee
• Monitor portfolio performance and assist with exit strategies

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity (Industrials exposure preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
