Description

• Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
• The firm is a regional leading private equity player, focused on investing in family and founder-led businesses with a nexus in Southeast Asia
• 2-5 years of relevant private equity experience

Responsibilities :

Execution

• Support various workstreams (including due diligence) required to evaluate and execute the investment / divestment opportunity
• Support the negotiation, structuring and completion of required / related transaction documentation
• Prepare IC memos, internal papers and build financial models
• Perform sector reviews

Monitoring (portfolio companies)

• Prepare periodic portfolio reports and reports for other business development / strategic initiatives as required
• Work closely with management on strategic and operational initiatives including M&A and financing
• Support quarterly valuation exercises and other internal analyses
• Help prepare investor reports and updates to LPs when required

Sourcing

• Support business development activities for deal sourcing
• Analyse the strategy, markets and competition of potential investment opportunities
• Carry out financial and strategic analyses as well as operational and financial modelling of potential investment targets
• Prepare internal documents assessing the attractiveness of certain industries and companies
• Draft and present internal proposals
• Work with investment team to help achieve TCA's business goals and objectives

Knowledge Sharing

• Participate in and contribute to relevant internal and external sessions, training and conferences and other activities for advocacy, dissemination and knowledge building
• Maintain and share knowledge of international best market practices and global and regional trends in the targeted sectors
