What you’ll be doing
- Supporting children with speech, language, fluency, literacy, and social communication needs

- Qualified Speech Pathologist (SPA membership or eligibility)
- Confident managing a paediatric caseload

- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current membership (or eligibility for membership) with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
- Ability to manage a mobile paediatric caseload within a local area
- Strong clinical skills in paediatric assessment and intervention
- Experience or willingness to work collaboratively with families, daycares, schools, and teachers
- Ability to provide functional, holistic, and client-centred support for children with a range of communication needs, including neurodivergent and complex clients
- Motivated, proactive, and self-directed clinician
- Fun, engaging, and positive approach to working with children and families
- Values flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, family-centred practice
