We are currently partnering with a well-regarded Pacific Northwest firm seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing litigation practice. The firm is looking for a mid-level associate who is eager to take on meaningful responsibility while working alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of sophisticated litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes, contract issues, and regulatory compliance matters, with strong mentorship and opportunities for continued professional development.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–6 years of litigation experience
- Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Experience handling commercial disputes and contract matters
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents
- Experience managing discovery, including written discovery and document review
- Experience assisting with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Interest in advising clients on commercial disputes, contract issues, and regulatory compliance matters
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $140,000–$195,000+ DOE
