Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for owning and driving recruiting outcomes across the organization, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality providers to support business growth.
This role combines hands-on recruiting execution with leadership responsibility, serving as both a high-performing recruiter and a strategic partner to leadership. The Talent Acquisition Lead is accountable for pipeline strength, candidate quality, and overall recruiting performance.
This position works closely with Account Management and leadership to align hiring efforts with client needs and business priorities, ensuring recruiting efforts directly support revenue and growth.
The Talent Acquisition Lead is also responsible for improving recruiting processes, maintaining system effectiveness, and ensuring a high-touch, white-glove experience for candidates from initial outreach through placement.
This role plays a key part in developing the recruiting function, providing guidance, support, and accountability to Talent Acquisition Specialists, and helping build a scalable, high-performing recruiting team over time.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 4–7+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition roles, with a strong track record of successful placements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment required (staffing, healthcare, education, or similar industries preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed recruiting and placement goals
- Strong experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Proven ability to build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline across multiple roles or clients
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Bullhorn or similar systems to manage candidate pipelines, track activity, and report on performance
- Strong phone presence and confidence in conducting consistent outbound outreach, follow-up, and relationship building with candidates
- Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting other recruiters is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
