We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support agile delivery by translating client needs into clear, actionable requirements and facilitating collaboration across a Scrum team. You will help shape product scope, document BA artifacts, and contribute to a smooth delivery process. Apply to join us. Responsibilities Elicit and clarify requirements with clients and internal stakeholders Document BA artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows Prioritize and refine the product backlog with the team and stakeholders Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support effective team communication Validate requirements by partnering with QA and development during delivery Support scope alignment by identifying gaps, dependencies, and risks early Estimate effort with the team by contributing analysis inputs and assumptions Requirements 1+ years of business analysis experience in agile software delivery Knowledge of BA artifacts documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows) Understanding of Generative AI Fundamentals and practical use in analysis tasks Basic Scrum knowledge and experience working in Scrum ceremonies Basic requirements elicitation skills and stakeholder collaboration skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced) Nice to have Effort estimation experience NDC / New Distribution Capability knowledge One-Order domain experience
