Description

1. Lead end-to-end IT procurement and sourcing activities, including RFP/RFQ processes, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier selection.
2. Partner with IT, business, finance, and project stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, manage approvals, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
3. Drive vendor management initiatives, including onboarding, performance reviews, relationship management, and risk assessments.
4. Analyze procurement spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and deliver procurement insights and reporting to senior management.
5. Negotiate commercial and contractual terms to achieve optimal value while meeting business, technical, and legal requirements.
6. Support continuous improvement of procurement processes, governance, and policy compliance across the organization.
7. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective procurement solutions.

1. 10+ years of experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, and vendor management, preferably within financial services, insurance, or related industries.
2. Proven experience managing end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes and large-scale technology sourcing projects.
3. Strong knowledge of IT procurement categories, including hardware, software, telecom, cloud, and professional services.
4. Solid vendor negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Good understanding of procurement best practices, governance, and regulatory requirements.
6. Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis, cost optimization, and procurement reporting.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other procurement-related tools.
8. Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
9. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
10. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline; CIPS or relevant procurement certifications are advantageous.
