The HR Talent Partner serves as a key contributor in delivering integrated talent solutions across the organization, including recruitment and HR generalist support. This role leads full-cycle recruitment, partners with managers on performance management and employee relations, and supports engagement and talent development initiatives. The HR Partner ensures consistent application of HR processes, including quarterly and annual performance reviews. Through proactive partnership and execution, this role drives effective talent outcomes and contributes to a high-performance, mission-aligned culture.
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to meet staffing needs.
Partner with managers to address performance management needs, including coaching, corrective actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and guidance on employee performance issues.
Guide and support the completion of quarterly GUIDES (documented check-ins) and annual performance reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with organizational expectations.
Support employee relation matters, including internal investigations, conflict resolution, and interpretation and application of policies and practices.
Facilitate employee engagement efforts, including coordination of engagement activities, stay interviews, and exit interviews; summarize insights to support retention and organizational culture.
Support the implementation of talent and engagement programs that foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment; contribute to special projects and team priorities as assigned
Requirements
At least three years of experience in human resource partner capacity
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, preferred
Ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees; provides responsive and solution-oriented support.
Experience with hiring manager engagement and candidate relationship management
Proven experience with managing multiple priorities and HR initiatives simultaneously
Experience with HRIS and ATS systems, with high preference given to Workday
Demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking and effective resolution of complex challenges.
Exhibits clear, concise, and effective communication in both verbal and written formats.
Knowledge of SBC, preferred
