Silverman Bain is a boutique health law firm. We represent small healthcare businesses and individual providers from startup through growth and sale, advising at every stage. Our clients are building the future of healthcare delivery, and we're growing into some of the most dynamic sectors in the industry, including DME, virtual care, laboratory services, and pharmacy.

We're looking for an attorney with at least 3 years of dedicated healthcare law experience who wants to dig into healthcare transactions, regulatory compliance, licensing board defense, and payor audits. Someone who wants to be a trusted advisor, not just a document reviewer.

This is a full-time W2 position with competitive salary, bonus, and benefits. Work remotely or hybrid from our Boca Raton office. Florida Bar admission required.
