Description
An established and growing commercial real estate lending platform is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Mortgage Loan Originator to drive origination efforts and expand lending activity nationwide. This role focuses on sourcing, structuring, and executing bridge and balance sheet commercial mortgage loans, with a primary emphasis on transactions under $15 million.The position requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, brokers, developers, banks, and other intermediaries to generate consistent deal flow. The successful candidate will structure tailored financing solutions aligned with both borrower needs and internal investment objectives, while maintaining disciplined credit standards. Responsibilities include originating loans across a broad range of asset classes, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, self-storage, mixed-use, and specialty assets.
