We are looking for a passionate Global ESG Product Develop Manager. In this role, you will support the evolution of DHL Supply Chain's GoGreen Plus product portfolio and ensure seamless execution across the organization. You will define and drive rollout strategies for GoGreen Plus services, delivering results on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while aligning with business objectives, group policies, and sustainability commitments.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the development and continuous enhancement of the GoGreen Plus (Insetting/Book-and-Claim) portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and DHL Group guidelines and policies.:
- Support the development and governance of DHL Supply Chain's Book-and-Claim (Insetting) framework, including the creation and management of environmental attribute credits in alignment with external standards and frameworks (e.g., SBTi, ISO, the MBM framework by SFC). This includes administration of the internal Book-and-Claim registry system and associated processes.
- Assist on preparation for third party audits
- Provide support in creating Product Design Documents (PDD) to ensure audit trails and alignments within project team. Additionally ensure high quality of product manuals and process documentation.
- Ensure identification of project risks and implementation of mitigation actions and resolutions in a timely manner
- Support on periodically re-evaluating and adjusting project goals, ensure alignment with concurrent projects and support implementation of project results
- Present structured analysis of customer requirements and propose solution/ project which aims to meet the needs of the customer: Advise on customer journey, pitching decks and value preposition
- Analyze carbon accounting processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility and support on audit trails for sustainable fuel certificates
- Advise on cross-divisional alignments
- Support on the creation of product trainings for BD and Sales functions
- Support during product rollout in Quality and Compliance Assurance when offering to customers
- 3+ years of experience in project management or consulting related roles.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, business analysis, and process improvement.
- Basic knowledge of carbon accounting and sustainability frameworks.
- Experience with project management, PMO, Agile, and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in risk management and data analysis.
- Effective presenter and facilitator with leadership and people management capabilities.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in business administration, Sustainability, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Excellent proficiency in English
