Description
Our client, a growing private investment fund, is hiring for a new Fund Operations Manager role on the team.Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day fund administration activities, including capital calls, distributions, cash management, fund expense processing, and bank account setup.
- Partner with third-party fund administrators to review P&L, reconcile NAVs, generate NAV estimates, and ensure accurate reporting schedules.
- Oversee investor onboarding procedures by collecting and verifying KYC/AML documentation while ensuring FATCA/CRS regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the main operational liaison for external entities such as fund auditors, service providers, and investment managers, and support company secretarial tasks across group entities.
- Build out operational workflows for upcoming fund and project launches, maintaining systematic fund records and leading ad-hoc operational initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with CPA or equivalent certification
- 5 years of relevant fund operations, fund accounting, or fund administration experience serving or within a private credit or real estate fund
- Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management capabilities, with the agility to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese (fluency in Mandarin would be a plus)
