Job Description

• Owns overall financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting
• Oversees governance, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit relationships
• Supports business growth, new initiatives, and cross-border projects through financial analysis and modelling
• Manages regulator-facing finance matters and senior external stakeholders
• Leads and develops a high-performing finance team in a highly regulated environment

The Successful Applicant

• Over 8 years of senior finance experience in financial services, market infrastructure, exchange, clearing, or banking
• Strong Hong Kong regulatory and board-facing experience; China exposure highly advantageous
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA / ACCA / CA)
• Fluent English, Mandarin strongly preferred
