Job Description & Summary
The Product Designer - Manager will be a key contributor to our design team, responsible for leading the design of major features and products. This role requires a highly skilled designer with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, and the ability to mentor other designers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of complex and strategic projects from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create innovative and user-friendly designs.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other designers on the team.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Hands-on experience applying AI to enhance UX research, run automated usability testing, analyze user behavior, and improve design workflow efficiency.
- A track record of building and maintaining component libraries, design tokens, and documentation across teams.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading design projects and mentoring other designers.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with motion design and animation.
