Description
Join a global team delivering critical Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) servicing capabilities that support a fast-moving market and evolving client needs. You will help shape how we test, release, and continuously improve our platform so operational teams and clients can operate with confidence.As a Vice President, ETF Operations Test Lead at JPMorganChase within Fund Servicing on the Global ETF Testing Team, you will lead end-to-end testing delivery for platform enhancements and client onboarding. You will partner closely with Product, Technology, and Operations to define test strategy, coordinate execution across regions, and ensure releases meet agreed requirements and quality standards. You will also engage directly with clients to plan and run structured testing scenarios for onboarding and new functionality rollout.
Job responsibilities
- Lead global testing delivery for ETF servicing enhancements and platform releases, from planning through execution and sign-off
- Manage joint user acceptance testing with clients, including test approach, scenario design, scheduling, and issue triage
- Coordinate quality assurance testing for ETF platform release programs with Product, Technology, and Operations stakeholders
- Produce clear project status reporting with a strong risk, issue, and control mindset
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes
- Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, Sales, and Program Management to ensure end-to-end readiness for releases
- Identify and drive process improvements to strengthen test coverage, execution quality, and release predictability
- Develop deep subject matter expertise in ETF servicing processes and the ETF lifecycle
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) servicing, fund accounting, or closely related operations functions
- Demonstrated experience leading testing or user acceptance testing for operational processes, platforms, or workflow changes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Technology
- High attention to detail with a consistent focus on accuracy and quality outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills with a flexible, collaborative approach in a results-driven environment
- Client service mindset with experience engaging clients or business partners on delivery planning and execution
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with ETF order processing workflows
- Experience producing or working with Portfolio Composition Files (PCF)
- Experience leading global testing coordination across multiple regions and time zones
- Familiarity with operational controls, release governance, and structured change management practices
