• Strategic Initiative Leadership: Head high-priority, complex market entry and expansion projects across their entire lifecycle, initially prioritizing automated/low-touch trading infrastructure rollouts.
• Cross-Functional Transformation: Direct multifaceted change programs aimed at commercial monetization, regulatory compliance, and post-trade/infrastructure optimization.
• Governance & Stakeholder Alignment: Own project steering frameworks, including structuring executive committees, drafting high-level briefing materials, monitoring deliverables, and building consensus among senior leaders.
• Risk & Control Integration: Guarantee that strict operational risk frameworks, internal controls, and governance structures are organically designed into every new business process.
• Operational Efficiency: Proactively identify, analyze, and implement structural process improvements to accelerate business scalability and maximize cost efficiencies.

• Industry Expertise: A minimum of 8 to 10+ years of progressive experience within global markets or institutional banking.
• Program Management Track Record: Extensive background in business management or consulting, with a demonstrable history of delivering large-scale, cross-border initiatives. A deep familiarity with Equities business lines and front-to-back workflows is highly advantageous.
