Description
Troutman Pepper Locke's Consumer Financial Services practice group is seeking a Career Attorney to join our team. Successful candidates will have at least 3 years of consumer finance related litigation experience. Experience with loan servicing, FCRA experience and general commercial litigation experience is a plus. Candidates must have strong academic and professional credentials and must also be licensed and in good standing in Ohio. Admissions to other bars is a plus.
Chambers USA has ranked the Consumer Financial Services team in all three pillars of consumer finance law: compliance, regulatory enforcement, and litigation. Law360 has also recognized the team twice as a Consumer Protection Practice Group of the Year. In February 2022, our firm announced the addition of the nation’s premier consumer financial services regulatory enforcement and compliance practice to our existing industry-leading consumer financial services litigation team. Our combined team provides a full range of transactional, litigation, enforcement, and regulatory compliance services to national, regional, and community financial institutions; consumer and commercial lenders; payment processors; financial technology companies; and a host of other financial services providers.
The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $175,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
