The Opportunity We are partnering an international bank in search of a Client Acquisition Specialist to drive new client growth for their strong affluent banking franchise, with a growing focus on serving clients with cross-border banking needs across Greater China and Southeast Asia. The Role You will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new-to-bank affluent clients within your market of coverage - Greater China, or across Southeast Asia - building a self-generated pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals, while deepening existing client relationships through consultative financial profiling and cross-department collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Source and acquire new-to-bank affluent clients within your market of coverage through prospecting, networking, and organised sales presentations
• Conduct consultative financial profiling sessions to identify client needs across treasury, investment, and insurance solutions
• Build and execute monthly business development plans to meet acquisition and revenue targets
• Solicit and convert referrals across internal business lines and coverage teams
• Deliver ongoing market insights and trend updates to deepen client relationships and drive retention
• Collaborate cross-functionally with servicing, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of client acquisition experience, ideally within affluent banking or a comparable consultative sales environment
• Proven track record in prospecting, networking, and new business generation
• Ability to communicate professionally in one of the following languages-Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia/Malay, Thai, or Vietnamese-is required to support client acquisition and relationship management in the assigned market.
• Working knowledge of consumer banking and wealth products (treasury, equities, funds, insurance)
• Comfortable operating in a target-driven, regulated environment with high standards of conduct
