JOBPURPOSE

The Business Analyst will be avital link between our information technology capacity and our businessobjectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of ITprojects and product enhancements. The ideal candidate will be a self-starterwith a strong ability to handle multiple concurrent and changing assignments,prioritize work endeavours to meet on-time and on-budget targets.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

§Followall relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures,and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistentmanner.

§Manage technology changes and product enhancements,working collaboratively with key stakeholders to translate businessrequirements into appropriate functional specifications.

§Develop UI/UX or otherartifacts to facilitate requirement refinements as needed.

§Capturinguse cases, user stories and acceptance criteria and collaborate closely with the development and QA team toclarify and plan the product roadmap.

§Serve as the expert to drive the planning andprioritization of projects and product enhancements and ensure alignmentbetween business strategy and tech initiatives.

§Manageproject lifecycle phases and provide to program management team reports onproject status, identifying mitigating option to keep on track.

§Utilize and maintain communications onproject management tool.

§Identify, document, and investigate issuesreported by our customers and work with our IT teams to find the root cause,understand the problem, and help come up with solutions.

§Contribute to the evolution of our tech stack, continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering'international best practice' by acquiringand maintaining knowledge of emerging technology and tools.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

§Bachelor'sdegree in computer science, or an equivalent combination of technicaleducation, training, and work experience.

§Minimumof three years' experience in software business analysis role.

§Provenability to manage stakeholder communications and facilitate workshops,demonstrating strong verbal and written skills.

§Experiencein process modelling and prototyping.

§Knowledgeof/experience with QA processes and testing requirements.

§Excellentspoken and written English communication skills.

§Goodorganizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.

§Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc).

Good to Have:

§Experience with Salesforce/ Mobileapplications.

§Experience working with user stories in an agileframework.

§Experience in JIRA or similar defect trackingtools.
