Job Description

-Participating actively in Board and committee meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making,

-Providing oversight of financial performance, business strategy, governance, compliance, and risk management,

-Supporting management in evaluating growth opportunities, operational improvements, and digital initiatives.

-Monitoring the effectiveness of internal controls, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance,

-Promoting accountability, ethical conduct, and transparency across the organization,

-Contribute to the long-term sustainability and strategic development of the Company

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will bring significant senior leadership experience gained within banking, financial services, consumer finance, lending, or related sectors. Exposure to fintech environments would be advantageous. A strong understanding of the Egyptian financial services market, including its regulatory and commercial landscape, is highly desirable.
Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of corporate governance principles and the role of a Non-Executive Director in providing independent oversight and constructive challenge. Previous Board experience, or significant exposure to governance responsibilities at a senior executive level, would be beneficial.
