Description
Responsibilities:- Banking & Channel BD: Drive high-level negotiations with HK and Mainland-affiliated banks to establish distribution channels and product partnerships.
- Product Sourcing: Lead the onboarding of public/private funds and structured products, ensuring a diversified shelf for our digital users.
- Technical Implementation: Partner with tech and ops teams to integrate market data and trading systems, mirroring the efficiency of top-tier Chinese FinTech platforms.
- Strategic Growth: Act as the "market scout" to identify product gaps and innovate on platform features that cater to both local and cross-border investors.
- 8+ years of experience with relevant experience in partnering with banks and channel development.
- Existing relationships with HK banks, global AMs, and technical data vendors are essential.
- Candidates from leading FinTech platforms or top-tier Chinese brokerage/banking firms is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the HK wealth management landscape, combined with the "Platform Thinking" characteristic of the Chinese tech ecosystem.
- High execution, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to navigate the cultural nuances between Chinese HQ and HK local operations.
- CFA/FRM and a degree from a top-tier university.
