A well-established and highly respected accounting firm with a strong reputation across the North of England is seeking an ambitious Audit Partner to help drive the continued expansion of its London offering.

The firm has built an outstanding regional presence and is now investing significantly in growing its London practice. They are looking for a commercially minded Audit Partner with a proven track record in business development and client growth who can play a key role in establishing and scaling the firm's audit presence in the capital.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial Audit Partner seeking a platform with genuine autonomy, strategic influence and strong long-term earning potential.

The Role

• Lead and grow the London Audit practice
• Develop new business opportunities and expand client relationships
• Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of audit clients across a broad range of sectors
• Act as Responsible Individual (RI) on audit engagements
• Build and mentor a high-performing audit team
• Work closely with senior leadership on the firm's long-term London growth strategy
• Maintain exceptional audit quality and regulatory compliance standards

Requirements

• ACA qualified
• RI status is essential
• Proven track record of winning and developing business
• Strong experience managing audit clients across multiple sectors
• Currently operating at Partner level, or an experienced Director ready to step into Partnership
• Strong leadership, networking and relationship-building capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to help grow a London practice
