The client is a multi-dimensional investment firm investing across private equity and venture capital platforms, with a strong focus on the GCC region.

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role across sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing private equity investments.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution across multiple sectors
• Conducting financial analysis, modelling, commercial due diligence, and market research
• Preparing investment memoranda and materials for investment committee review
• Supporting portfolio management and value creation initiatives post-investment
• Working closely with management teams and senior stakeholders
• Building and maintaining strong industry relationships across the region

The Successful Applicant

• 2-6 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or Big Four transaction services
• Proven transaction exposure and strong analytical capability
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
• A hands-on, proactive mindset and comfort working in a lean team environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial but not essential
• Willingness to be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
