About our client

We are working on an exceptional opportunity with a leading global private investor headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The firm is expanding its GP stakes & secondaries team at the Associate level What the job involves

• Origination & sourcing: Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities across GP stakes & secondaries, with exposure to multiple geographies
• Transaction execution: Lead due diligence processes including financial analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking, working closely with internal and external advisers
• Portfolio & strategy support: Contribute to portfolio monitoring, performance evaluation, and help shape investment theses
• Stakeholder engagement: Prepare investment memoranda, financial models, and presentations for investment committee and senior management

Who we are looking for

• Strong foundational experience from a top-tier investment bank in M&A, followed by time at a secondary fund or fund of funds
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and communicate insights effectively
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from a leading university
• High EQ, collaborative mindset, and the ability to build relationships across cultures
• Willingness and ability to relocate full-time to Abu Dhabi
