Role

The Antlers Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Antlers Lodge Steakhouse, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and a positive, service-driven team culture. This leader will manage restaurant operations in alignment with Hyatt brand standards while maintaining the elevated dining experience Antlers Lodge is known for.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in free-standing fine dining restaurants and understands how to operate successfully within a highly competitive restaurant market. This individual is passionate about hospitality, guest engagement, colleague development, and creating memorable dining experiences that drive both guest loyalty and business growth.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader who thinks beyond day-to-day operations and can contribute to building Antlers Lodge into a true destination restaurant within the San Antonio market. The right candidate will bring a growth mindset, strong floor presence, and the ability to identify opportunities to elevate the guest experience, drive revenue, and strengthen the restaurant's reputation both locally and within the resort community.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of proven fine dining leadership experience in a freestanding restaurant concept
• Strong focus on service training, coaching, and elevating overall dining experience
• Experience developing revenue-generating promotions and activations
• Ability to build community presence and increase restaurant visibility through social media and local engagement
• Strong understanding of guest engagement, repeat business, and relationship-building
• Operationally strong with labor management, financial accountability, and execution
• Ability to lead from the floor and actively coach service teams in real time
• Wine, cocktail, and upscale dining knowledge preferred
