macro.one is hiring Analysts with a finance background and a genuine passion for AI infrastructure. This is a high-impact, hands-on role offering direct exposure to the full investment lifecycle: from sourcing and due diligence through execution and portfolio value creation.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain detailed financial models: three-statement projections, DCF, LBO, sensitivity analysis, and returns waterfall
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and sector analysis across data centers, telecom, fiber, and GPU cloud
• Prepare investment committee materials, LP reports, and transaction documentation
• Support deal execution end-to-end: valuation, structuring, due diligence coordination, and negotiation support
• Support hands-on operational initiatives across portfolio companies
• Track regulatory and market developments relevant to digital infrastructure in Mexico and LatAm

Requirements

• Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and historical financial data analysis
• Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel required; Python, SQL, or BI tools are a plus)
• Strong conceptual grasp of valuation methodologies and ability to apply them across asset types
• Analytical rigor with meticulous attention to detail
• Fluent communication in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Proactive and autonomous, with the drive and resilient to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Interest in infrastructure, AI technology, and the intersection of energy and digital assets is highly valued
