| Job Summary | Support Students Through Accurate Financial Services and Exceptional Customer Service The University of Kentucky is seeking an Accounting Coordinator Senior to join Student Account Services within University Financial Services. This position sits at the intersection of student financial services, regulatory compliance, and customer support, helping students and families navigate tuition, fees, payments, and student loan responsibilities while ensuring compliance with university and federal requirements. | Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Strong verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills; teamwork; problem resolution; attention to detail/accuracy; and high level customer service orientation. Knowledge of the SAP operating system and student loan programs is preferred; strong background working with Microsoft Office. |
