The starting base pay range for this position is $50,000-$60,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with candidate's experience. This position is eligible for full benefits, as well as the Staff level annual incentive bonus program.
Summary of Position: AVIXA (Audiovisual & Integrated Experience Association) is seeking a dynamic Digital Content Operations Coordinator to join our Content Delivery team. Reporting to the Digital Content Operations Manager, you will help guide the successful execution of video content for AVIXA TV by coordinating our content curation and distribution initiatives, as well as coordinating the speakers and logistics for our live streams.

What Will You Do?
As the Digital Content Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Digital Content Operations Manager to ensure the seamless execution of global video and content projects. You’ll coordinate schedules, manage logistics, and support the delivery of high-quality digital content. Your role will involve collaborating with contractors and partners worldwide, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to deliver on AVIXA’s standards. Your attention to detail will be critical as you track project progress and conduct quality checks to maintain content excellence.
In addition, you will assist in gathering and analyzing data to support strategic video production decisions. By providing administrative and logistical support, you will alleviate operational bottlenecks, allowing the senior team to focus on strategic initiatives. Your contributions will be fundamental to delivering engaging and innovative audiovisual experiences to our global audience.

You are an organized and proactive individual with a passion for digital media and video content. With a background in media, communications, or a related field, you are driven by the desire to facilitate creative excellence. You possess excellent communication skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality. Experience working with global teams or contractors is a plus, along with a willingness to adapt to different cultural and time zone considerations.
Your natural problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail make you adept at navigating challenges in fast-paced environments. You are eager to learn and grow within a team, contributing positively to collaborative efforts and operational objectives. Bonus points if you have knowledge of the AV industry!

Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, etc., and a working knowledge of the video production process from pre-production to editing and distribution.
Proactive and curious, with the ability to monitor and identify relevant content that aligns with the AVIXA audience.
Collaborative and communicative, with strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance content programming across various sources, optimizing performance according to organizational goals.
Experience in creating and monitoring reports for both internal and external distribution.
A people-focused approach, prioritizing the needs of audiences, members, and internal stakeholders.
Experience managing a content pipeline serving a national audience, with bonus points for global or multilingual experience. Bonus points for conversational or fluent skills in Spanish, German or other languages!
Skilled in integrating data from analytics platforms like Google Analytics into daily decisions, with the ability to make data actionable and digestible for diverse audiences.
Education: Knowledge and experience are prioritized. College/ education may be considered alongside direct experience.
Experience Level: Minimum of one year proven experience as digital video coordinator, such as an internship or FTE. Bonus points for non-profit, AV, software, and/or media experience.
Certifications: n/a (Bonus points for video production or CTS)
Technical Skills: Project/ product management software (ClickUp, Jira, Workfront, etc.), digital analytics platform, live stream management platforms
Travel: approx. 1 week each June to InfoComm tradeshow
