Rarebreed Veterinary Partners is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Veterinary Recruiter to support efforts to attract top talent to our hospitals.

As part of our Growth team, your work will directly contribute to delivering on Rarebreed's vision: Elevate the human experience by advancing the well-being of pets, their people, and the professionals who care for them.The Growth team believes that every hospital has a story, and it's our job to help tell it.

This is a remote role that requires occasional travel and is open to candidates within the United States. Our ideal candidate will live and work in the greater Northeast area.

What you'll do:

• Full cycle recruitment with a focus on candidate engagement
• Recruit for all credentialed positions within a hospital (primarily Veterinarians & Veterinary Technicians)
• Utilize social media and other networking platforms to proactively reach out to prospects and build strong candidate pipelines
• Post job advertisements on the company website, social media channels, and relevant job boards
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience to make sure they're a match for our hospitals
• Negotiate customized offers
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to post positions, track candidates through the process, and create + send offer letters
• Attend career fairs and other relevant veterinary networking events
• Participate in team and individual projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Strong talent sourcing skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Organizational skills
• Self-directed and entrepreneurial

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a veterinary recruiting capacity
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
