Shape the roadmap for advanced analytics in Trade & Working Capital-delivering senior-ready insights and interfaces that power decisions from origination to distribution, while lifting growth and capital efficiency.As Portfolio Analytics Initiatives Lead within Trade & Working Capital, you will drive the end‑to‑end roadmap of analytics use cases that power Trade & Working Capital's portfolio strategy, translating business priorities into high‑impact initiatives across predictive analytics and LLM applications that inform origination, pricing, limit setting, renewals, and distribution across the full suite of trade products. Partnering with Product, Sales, Risk, Finance, and Data/Technology, you will scope problems, set success criteria, coordinate development and testing, and deliver senior‑ready insights and recommendations that lift revenue, utilization, risk‑adjusted returns, and capital efficiency. You will also design user‑friendly interfaces that translate complex data into clear, actionable views for committees and senior management, improving usability and adoption. This role provides high exposure to senior decision‑making forums, cross‑functional partners, and advanced analytics stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead analytics initiatives agenda through sourcing opportunities, crafting problem statements, sizing impact, defining KPIs/OKRs, and prioritizing a sequenced roadmap across regions and segments
- Translate business needs into actionable use cases for predictive models and LLM applications and set clear acceptance criteria and implementation thresholds for delivery teams
- Orchestrate delivery and structured evaluations with cross‑functional teams (overseeing development, back‑testing, and pilot design) and drive go/no‑go decisions
- Embed insights and model outputs into frontline, deal‑approval, and distribution workflows and package concise narratives and recommendations for senior forums on pricing, structure, and capital allocation
- Drive adoption and change management by aligning processes and incentives, delivering enablement and training, and tracking realized benefits to revenue, returns, utilization, and loss metrics
- Maintain initiative governance and transparency by managing timelines, dependencies, and risks and coordinating with Risk/Legal/Compliance for responsible AI use and audit readiness
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience leading analytics or reporting teams with a track record delivering complex quantitative data initiatives and managing cross‑functional stakeholders
- Skilled at sourcing high‑value opportunities, writing clear problem statements, sizing impact, defining success metrics, and sequencing an analytics/AI roadmap (e.g., dynamic pricing, limit setting, cross‑sell, early‑warning)
- Fluency in predictive analytics and generative AI/LLMs to evaluate solution approaches, guide experimentation, and translate results into business actions without needing to code
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication; adept at influencing Product, Sales, Risk, and Finance and presenting senior‑ready recommendations
- Track record of piloting and scaling analytics applications, managing change and adoption, and reporting outcomes against OKRs/KPIs; agile, outcomes‑focused operator
- Strong communication and cross‑functional leadership; ability to synthesize complex analysis for non‑technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative or business discipline
- Familiarity with trade products across instruments, receivables, and export finance
- Working knowledge of risk and capital economics and application to pricing, limit setting, and portfolio actions
