Description
As an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining, designing, and delivering scalable, high-performing HR technology solutions that enable digital transformation for our clients. You'll combine deep technical knowledge, strong solution design skills, and strategic HR process understanding to architect end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors landscapes that meet business and technical requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Design and own the overall SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture across modules (EC, Payroll, etc.).
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive and scalable solution blueprints across core SuccessFactors modules (EC, Talent, and others).
- Evaluate and select technology solutions that support the overall enterprise architecture and align with business objectives, while optimizing performance and scalability.
- Partner with project managers to oversee technical delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with architectural and technical standards.
- Provide architectural governance, quality assurance, and best practice leadership across projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and IT leaders on strategy, roadmap, and system integration.
- Contribute to practice development, accelerators, and pre-sales solutioning.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to consultants and technical specialists
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP/HRIS experience with 4+ years in SuccessFactors solution design or architecture
- Proven track record delivering full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations. (particularly EC and Payroll modules)
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) across key modules preferred
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, integrations, and technical frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in regional or global program environments
