Your new role

• Act as the first point of contact for candidates and deliver a high-quality candidate experience
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from application to offer
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other channels
• Screen CVs, conduct first-round interviews, and assess candidate fit
• Build and manage a strong, active pipeline of bilingual talent
• Coordinate interviews, schedules, and candidate communications

What you'll need to succeed

• Native or fluent Japanese; business-level English
• Experience in recruitment (agency, headhunting, or in-house)
• Strong sourcing capability and interest in direct recruitment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• People-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on attitude
