A growing golf course is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent. This individual oversees all aspects of course maintenance to deliver top playing conditions while balancing budget, staff, and environmental responsibility. This role manages turf health, irrigation, equipment, and teams, and partners closely with club leadership to plan improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Turf & Operations: Lead turf programs, irrigation, equipment upkeep, and course projects to maintain consistent playing conditions.
• People & Performance: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Financial & Stakeholder Management: Manage budgets, purchasing, and inventory, and communicate course conditions and plans with management and golfers.
