What You Will Be Doing:

The Product Design Intern will support the Product Design team across Golf Bags, Headwear, Accessories, and Travel categories. This role provides hands-on exposure to the product design process, with a focus on tech pack development, SMU (Special Make Up) creation, and design library management. The intern will collaborate closely with Product Design and Product Development teams to help build scalable, production-ready designs. Key responsibilities include:

Product Design Support

• Supporting the Product Design team across Golf Bags, Headwear, Accessories, and Travel categories.
• Assisting with in-line colorway updates and tech pack revisions.
• Supporting day-to-day design tasks to ensure timely execution of seasonal deliverables

SMU / Custom Tech Pack Standardization

• Assisting in the development and standardization of SMU (Special Make Up) CAD tech packs.
• Help build and refine design templates and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support documentation and organization of SMU design workflows.

Design Library Management

• Assisting with organizing and maintaining design libraries, including:
  
  • Samples
  • Materials
  • Swatches
  • Hardware
• Ensuring design assets are properly cataloged and accessible to the broader team.

What You Will Bring:

• Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in a related field (Product Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design)
• Interest and exposure to sporting gear/ apparel design strongly preferred
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
• 3D design skills preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively across creative teams and key business partners

Duration / Location of Role:

• 3 Days On-site in New Bedford, MA
• May- August 2026

Compensation: $22-$24/hr
